She led a portfolio integration of 45 technical systems during a merger along with major strategic initiatives, including cost reduction and productivity plays. She has launched Project Management and Change Management Offices to support business transformation. She has designed multiple innovative approaches and led programs to help organizations through massive people, process, and technology change.

Colleen joined West Monroe in 2018 from Centric Consulting, where she was the national director of the Organizational Change Management practice. She also led the Change Management and Employee Engagement departments for Navistar International, was a global project leader for Zurich Financial Services, and a principal at a boutique consulting firm One Smart Team, Inc. She has both bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University.

What makes Colleen different

Colleen has also found success in the arts. She attended Chihuly’s glass school and sold glass pieces at the Merchandise Mart. She spent time as a student at Chicago’s legendary Second City Improv school under Emmy-award winner Tina Fey.

Where Colleen makes an impact

In addition to raising three children, Colleen also carves out time for charitable work in Chicago, where she currently lives. She champions Pretty, Inc., a charity for African American girls that addresses female growing challenges. She is also a member of Springboard Charities and a Girl Scout leader. On the professional side, she is a member of the Project Management Institute and the Association of Change Management Professionals.
