Colleen Campbell delivers successful transformation through development of effective organizational change management (OCM) capabilities, including leadership alignment and development, creation of a common vision, powerful communications, on-target training, and measurement of initiative results.
Colleen has significant organizational effectiveness and change management experience at the enterprise, program, and project levels, both as a corporate executive and as a consultant. She has launched strategic initiatives, new business models and organizational designs, and an array of new technology initiatives, including customer relationship management (CRM), enterprise resource planning (ERP), and human resources information systems (HRIS), as well as evolving areas such as artificial intelligence and design thinking. In addition, she has orchestrated programs that support financial transformation, reductions in force, and acquisition integration. Her diverse experience includes companies in the automotive, healthcare, telecommunications, insurance, consumer goods, legal, and public sectors.
Colleen has demonstrated expertise in key disciplines essential to business transformation, including talent management, program development, stakeholder alignment, culture enhancement and transformation, employee engagement, strategic planning, communication and training strategy, vendor/resource selection and management, and facilitation and team performance.
Colleen joined West Monroe Partners in 2018 from Centric Consulting, where she was national director of the Organizational Change Management practice. She established and led a team of change management, organization effectiveness, and design experts to become a true transformation community.
Previously, Colleen led the Organizational Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness departments for Navistar International and was a global change management project leader for Zurich Financial Services. She was also a principal with One Smart Team, Inc., a boutique consulting firm specializing in business transformation initiatives.
Colleen earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Financial Administration and a Master of Business Administration degree with specialization in Marketing from Michigan State University. She holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Korn Ferry Leadership ArchitectTM certifications and is a member of the Association of Change Management Professionals.
