Lee Carswell is a senior manager and the West Coast Salesforce practice lead at West Monroe Partners, located in the Seattle office. With more than 15 years of business consulting and deep technology experience, Lee helps clients achieve business goals through application of strong project management and customer relationship management (CRM) skills.
Lee joined West Monroe Partners through its acquisition of Madrona Solutions Group, bringing extensive experience with CRM strategy and implementation for both the Salesforce.com and Microsoft Dynamics platforms. Beyond CRM, Lee has broad experience harnessing data analysis, enterprise scale data management and modeling, and advanced analytical assessments to address an array of client business needs. His balanced business and technology experience has helped broaden West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience capabilities.
Prior to joining Madrona Solutions Group, Lee was a senior analyst with the San Jose Police Department. While with the San Jose Police Department, Lee delivered enterprise-wide support of data management and supervision of urgent data gathering and analysis projects. Lee also coordinated law enforcement analytics services for half of San Jose. Prior to the San Jose Police Department, Lee served as an analytical consultant to the Insight Group and also spent three years in the role of senior intelligence analyst for the Surrey Police Department in the UK.
Lee graduated from the University of Greenwich with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and from the University of Liverpool with a Master of Science degree in Psychology.
