Cameron is motivated by helping organizations manage through complex change. Since joining West Monroe in 2011, he has demonstrated commitment to client outcomes, supported by his blend of technical depth and strengths in managing and communication. He is an accomplished program leader and manager devoted to delivery excellence, typically playing the role of program manager for large-scale or complex technology initiatives.
Cameron is well versed in a breadth of analytics technologies, most often focusing on cloud analytics architecture. His areas of specialty include data architecture, data engineering and analytics implementation, data and analytics strategy (governance and master data management solutions), data visualization and end-user interaction, and lean product design and strategy. He employs a nimble approach to technology delivery, right-fitting delivery to client needs.
Over the course of his career, Cameron has worked with a broad range of companies, including leaders in the energy and utilities, retail, healthcare, insurance, supply chain, and private equity sectors. He works closely with West Monroe’s industry vertical leaders to provide industry specific solutions and leadership into differentiated analytics use cases. Cameron helps lead West Monroe’s energy and utilities technology competency internally, developing innovative ways to bring technology modernization to the industry.
Cameron earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Science from DePauw University. He maintains close relationships with the university professors and staff by serving as a chief for West Monroe’s DePauw recruiting team.
