Brad Cellio is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, based in Houston, Texas. He has nearly 15 years of healthcare industry experience across enterprise strategy, business architecture, and business operations.
Brad Cellio is a collaborative business and technology strategist with extensive experience leading and implementing transformative initiatives for diverse healthcare industry enterprises, including medical and dental payers, provider systems, population health organizations, and third-party administrators. A trusted advisor to senior leaders and C-suite decision makers, he has a strong track record for resolving complex challenges, creating value, and leading organizations through critical initiatives that achieve the next level of financial, operational, and marketplace success.
Brad possesses a unique blend of business and technology experience. Having worked primarily in business architecture, operations analysis, and strategic planning, he understands how healthcare enterprises run and how to enable strategy through best-in-class technology and processes.
He is also an accomplished leader who has provided governance and oversight for array of successful projects – for example, a business conversion strategy for a group business that was migrating from one core platform to another; a sales, quoting, and rating assessment to enable a direct sales channel and improve customer-centricity for small- to mid-sized group enrollment; and an enterprise capability-based strategic planning process.
In addition to specializing in healthcare, Brad has worked with companies in other sectors, including insurance, airline, and supply chain distribution.
Brad joined West Monroe in 2017 from PwC, where he spent nearly eight years in the Healthcare Strategic Technology group, for which he led business architecture and enterprise planning solutions for Fortune 50 clients and large provider systems. Previously, he held several consulting and business analysis roles.
Brad earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from Vanderbilt University.
