Jeremy Bruck works with financial and strategic buyers, portfolio companies, and public companies to create value and manage risk, focusing on solutions that enhance revenue, reduce costs, optimize capacity, and enable efficient management of physical assets.
He has led projects focused on quantifying risks and value creation opportunities for potential investments, defining target operating models, and executing projects to realize investment thesis objectives. Over the course of his career, Jeremy has developed deep core skills in operational due diligence, deal value creation, operating model design and transformation, organizational design and alignment, and post-merger integration. His experience also includes program management, change management, and selection and implementation of technology tools that improve operations and business performance. He has advised clients in numerous industries, including manufacturing and distribution, financial services, insurance, consumer and retail products, telecommunications, high tech, and healthcare and life sciences.
In addition to client service, Jeremy is responsible for maturing and scaling the firm’s due diligence capabilities. He is also actively involved in recruiting efforts, including leading initiatives related to the firm’s intern program.
Jeremy joined West Monroe in 2016 from EY, where his work focused on advising financial institutions, primarily public global bank holding companies and asset managers, on opportunities to improve operations and technology.
Jeremy graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame, where he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accountancy with a minor in Chinese.
