Jeff Boswell is a Dallas based director within West Monroe’s Customer Experience practice and is the national Customer Experience nCino Bank Operating System lead for the firm. As a member of the Dallas leadership team he is also responsible for the local Operations Excellence practice. He has nearly 25 years of professional experience leading complex enterprise software projects, including customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.
Jeff is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience partnering with C-suite client executives to design and deliver software that improves profitability, reduces costs, improves visibility to performance, and streamlines solutions. His experience spans industries as well as Salesforce and SAP, with deep skills extending to project management, CRM modules (sales, marketing, customer service), and program delivery. Over the course of his career, he has earned a strong track record for on-schedule, on-budget delivery.
Jeff has most recently focused on nCino software implementations at middle-market banks for commercial loan origination and treasury management processes, as well as for projects in the retail, food and beverage, and agricultural sectors. Jeff has a background working in the Big 4 consulting space, as well as a CRM IT Manager for a medical supply manufacturer.
Jeff joined West Monroe Partners from Accenture, where he was a senior manager and certified solution architect and delivery lead. While with Accenture, he honed his strong blend of consulting and technology skills through architecture and delivery leadership roles for projects. Jeff also served in an expat leadership role for 20 months in the UK on a project in 2009-2010.
Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University.
