In addition, she has orchestrated programs that support financial transformation, reductions in force, and acquisition integration. “The rapid pace of at which companies are navigating major transformation has heightened the need for disciplined organizational change management, program leadership and a focus on benefit realization,” said Michael Hughes, managing director and leader of the firm’s Operations Excellence practice. “Colleen Campbell has demonstrated expertise in the key disciplines essential to successful business evolution in situations that range from mergers and new business models to digital transformation, including integrating areas such as artificial intelligence and design thinking into operations. More importantly, she understands how to bring together the right pieces at the right time to deliver successful adoption and business value.”
While with Centric Consulting, Campbell advanced from Chicago office Organizational Change Management practice leader to creating and overseeing the national practice across the firm’s 12 U.S. offices. “Colleen Campbell brings a remarkable level of enthusiasm not just to client challenges, but also to creating strong, high-performing communities of professionals within her own organization,” said Doug Armstrong, senior managing director and leader of West Monroe’s Chicago office. “She has superb team-building and leadership capabilities and a true passion for making each of her practice leaders and members better consultants, professionals, and people. This fits very well with our firm’s mission to build the next generation of leaders.”
Previously, Campbell led the Organizational Change Management and Organizational Effectiveness departments for Navistar International, a global manufacturer of trucks, buses, and diesel engines. She was also a global change management project leader for Zurich Financial Services and a principal with One Smart Team, Inc., a boutique consultancy specializing in business transformation initiatives.
“West Monroe’s uncommon blend of business and technology acumen is ideally suited for the transformation that is taking place in today’s enterprises,” said Campbell. “I am excited to join a team focused on critical areas such as digital, customer experience, and merger integration – where I can offer critical expertise while also continuing to broaden my own perspectives.”
