- Service: Performance Services
West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy, announces completed construction of its newly expanded space located in its Chicago office at 222 W Adams Street, 11th Floor. The build-out coincides with the firm’s Performance Services practice expansion and re-branding. The team’s operations occupy a new 8,000 square-foot space, adding to its current office space bringing the total footprint to 50,000 sq ft.
West Monroe has opted to build out its new space in the loop in an effort to keep its Performance Services practice close to the rest of its consulting team. This environment offers better collaboration across internal teams and to the clients they serve.
West Monroe views “managed services” very differently and believes strong, efficiently run core systems are the foundation on which a business endures, grows and innovates. When run well, businesses are better positioned to achieve and exceed business objectives. The practice provides clients application & data management, as well as core data center operations supported by a service desk focused on outstanding customer experience.
“Our Performance Services team partners with clients to break down barriers between their IT organization and business teams to deliver high-quality programs, efficiently,” said Nate Ulery, Senior Director of Performance Services. “It’s an exciting time to oversee our thriving Performance Services team and enable them to wear many gloves to ensure systems and processes are running at peak performance and customer service is exceeding expectations.”
“Most companies invest in call centers in remote areas. We took a different approach by adding state of the art space in downtown Chicago because we are paying top dollar to attract and retain top-tier technologists,” said Kevin McCarty, CEO and President of West Monroe Partners.
