“West Monroe Partners is doing truly innovative work in operations leadership and workforce optimization, and I look forward to helping to continue to build our reputation and credentials in an area that is vital to many organizational transformation initiatives,” said Arnold.
Arnold began his career with H. B. Maynard and Co., Inc. Over more than a dozen years, he advanced from a consulting role to vice president of operations with oversight for more than 85 percent of Maynard employees. His responsibilities included growing the firm’s operations, serving on the strategic leadership team, and developing and implementing several “Lean in Retail” operations. As a consultant, he led more than 100 client engagements to improve top- and bottom-line results.
He has been an active member of the Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE) for nearly 20 years and has held several officer roles in his local chapter, including president for three years. He is also a regular speaker at regional and national conferences on the topics of workforce performance, leadership, change management, engineered labor standards, and lean production and delivery techniques.
