West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, announced that Great Place to Work® has named the firm one of the best workplaces in the United States in its annual 2014 Best Small & Medium Workplaces list, published today in FORTUNE magazine. West Monroe Partners appears on the list for the second consecutive year, moving up 2 places from 20th to 18th.
Great Place to Work® cited West Monroe Partners’ culture and, in particular, its people-first values as a distinguishing factor that contributed to this recognition.
