This program encourages and empowers employees to give back in a way that complements their personal and professional lives.
"We have passionate people here at West Monroe dedicated to worthy causes, including Autism Speaks," said Kevin McCarty, President of West Monroe Partners. "Through our 1+1+1 Program, we have been able to compound our efforts in support of the great work of this organization - not only through our sponsorship, but in raising awareness, dedicating volunteer time and matching contributions made across the organization. This is the perfect example of the program at work - the passion of one person, embraced and supported by our entire firm, making a bigger impact.
