Cowgill, a Senior Consultant in Chicago' CRM practice, successfully completed all three stages of the Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Advanced Developer Exam.
The Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Advanced Developer exam is a rigorous accreditation, of which currently less than 100 people are certified, an Advanced Developer must prove his or her ability to develop customer applications, manage the development lifecycle and environments, and write and execute comprehensive test plans.

West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced that Cory Cowgill, a Senior Consultant in the Chicago CRM practice, has successfully completed all three stages of the Salesforce.com Certified Force.com Advanced Developer exam.

Cowgill, who joined West Monroe in 2010, specializes in Salesforce.com custom cloud administration and development. Prior to joining the firm Cowgill was a Senior Application Developer at Model Metrics where he developed custom integrations between enterprise systems and Salesforce.com, including building complex online/offline mobile applications. He also acquired extensive enterprise software development experience working at CNA Financial, where he was the technical lead on projects requiring integration with content management systems.

Cowgill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Western Illinois University. In addition to being certified as an Advanced Developer, Cowgill is an active member of the Force.com community and recently spoke at Dreamforce 2011 on how to easily combine Visualforce, Apex, HTML 5, and a 3rd party web services API to create a geo-location aware application.
