West Monroe Partners has been recognized as one of “Washington’s Best Workplaces” by Puget Sound Business Journal for the sixth year in a row. The firm was ranked No. 18 out of 25 companies in its category.
The publication surveyed hundreds of nominated businesses in the region, ultimately honoring 100 finalists in one of four size categories: 10 to 49 full-time employees, 50 to 99 full-time employees, 100 to 249 full-time employees and more than 250 full-time employees in Washington state.
“We would like to thank the Puget Sound Business Journal for recognizing us as one of the region’s top employers for the sixth consecutive year,” said Brian Paulen
, managing director and head of the firm’s Seattle office. “Our continuous investment in our people drives our recognition in this program. In addition to building the next generation of leaders, we strive to create a fun, inclusive, people-first environment, even as we’ve experienced tremendous growth. We’ve been able to add 50 employees in 2019 while maintaining our strong company culture, and we’re excited for what next year will bring.”
West Monroe’s Seattle office has over 100 employees and serves more than 40 clients across the Pacific Northwest in key industries, including banking, insurance, healthcare, retail, and technology.
Like all West Monroe offices, the Seattle office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by an open work environment, frequent employee meetings and gatherings, a strong commitment to serving the local community through its 1+1+1 social responsibility program, and regular recognition awards.
The final rankings were revealed at the Washington's Best Workplaces event at Safeco Field on Aug. 22 and published in the Aug. 23 print edition.
Nationally, the firm has been listed as a top company to work for by Consulting Magazine, Great Place to Work® Institute and FORTUNE. West Monroe was also named by Great Place to Work as a top workplace for millennials in 2019 and as one of the 50 best workplaces for giving back 2016-2018.
