West Monroe was named one of the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles in 2019 by the Los Angeles Business Journal, ranking the second-best in the area.

The Best Places to Work in the Los Angeles award winners were evaluated by their employees, who completed anonymous assessments measuring their company’s values. Employees rated their employers on trust in leadership, collaborative culture, compensation, and benefits. Companies from across the county entered the two-part survey process to determine the Best Places to Work in Los Angeles.

“This is our fourth time winning this award and we are pleased that our vision for inclusivity, employee ownership, and our strong employee-driven culture continues to be honored and recognized among the exceptional companies around Los Angeles,” said Ken Siegman, managing director and leader of the firm’s Los Angeles office. “Our mission is to build the next generation of leaders who can lead in Los Angeles and beyond.”

West Monroe’s Los Angeles office opened in 2014 and its consulting team serves clients across Southern California in key industries, including financial services, energy and utilities, and private equity. Like all of West Monroe’s offices, the Los Angeles office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by an open work environment; frequent team building events, a strong commitment to serving the local community through its 1+1+1 social responsibility program and a recognition awards program.

Nationally, West Monroe has been listed as a top company to work for by Consulting Magazine, Great Place to Work® Institute and FORTUNE, and Crain’s, among others.

The actual rankings were revealed at a special event on August 9th, 2019, and will be published in the August 19th, 2019, issue of the Los Angeles Business Journal. The rankings will also be available on the Los Angeles Business Journal website
