The Best Places to Work award winners were evaluated by their employees, who completed anonymous assessments measuring their company’s values. Employees rated their employers on trust in leadership, collaborative culture, compensation, and benefits. For the last 20 years the Minneapolis/St.Paul Business Journal has recognized companies that create award winning workplaces in the Twin Cities.

West Monroe’s Minneapolis office, one of nine offices nationwide, opened in 2013 and has grown to more than 50 employees in 2019. Its consulting team serves dozens of organizations in the Twin Cities area and surrounding region in healthcare, consumer and industrial products, and other industries. Like all West Monroe offices, the Minneapolis office maintains a highly participatory and collaborative culture marked by an open work environment, frequent team building events, and a strong commitment to serving the local community.
On Aug. 1, Minneapolis/St.Paul Business Journal hosted a celebratory gala to recognize the winners of the 2019 Best Place to Work Awards at the Depot.
