The world of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is maturing, with Gartner projecting the CRM market to hit $36.5 billion by 2017. While booming in terms of sales and complexity, this growth is undercut by lackluster customer results. According to a late 2013 report by Econsultancy, only 28% of companies are satisfied with their conversion rates.
