Join West Monroe at Ellevate Network's panel discussion designed to help people understand unconscious gender bias and what they can do to assess, mitigate, and overcome key issues to create a more equitable workplace.

Unconscious biases are embedded within all of us, often influenced by decades of education, culture and experience. When it comes to the workplace, unconscious gender bias remains a significant barrier to women’s career advancement. It can be difficult to identify and prevent. This panel discussion is designed to help us understand unconscious gender bias and what we can do to assess, mitigate, and overcome key issues to create a more equitable workplace.
