Has your organization ever created personas, only to notice they did not live on for much longer after the project was complete? Has your organization ever had multiple personas circulating at once? Join us on November 19 as we explore how to build personas, communicate them effectively across your organization, and find creative ways to re-purpose your personas on future projects. In this workshop, you will have the opportunity to share your experiences of building personas and how they're used during the product development process. You'll begin by joining us for a brief discussion panel with persona experts, followed by a hands-on mini-persona development workshop with other customer-focused professionals. End the night with casual networking.
