West Monroe Partners Transforms Internet Capabilities of Classic Residence by Hyatt

CHICAGO - April 3, 2006 - West Monroe Partners today announced the completion of a project for Classic Residence by Hyatt, to transform both the design and functionality of its Internet presence. The Chicago-based consulting firm took on the assignment last year to create a new, flexible information architecture for the luxury senior living company. The new Web site needed to more effectively support the information and research needs of older adults and their families, the primary audience for Classic Residence by Hyatt's luxury senior living communities.

The effort focused on redesigning the look and functionality of the company's Web site, http://www.hyattclassic.com, to better meet visitor needs and to support Classic Residence by Hyatt's brand identity. The new user-friendly site includes photography, floor plans, sample menus, services, care options, and additional details relevant to those researching senior living. Subsequent project phases will enhance the Web site's supporting technology and processes. The objective will be to streamline content management, enhance the visitor experience, increase lead generation, and expand visibility and marketing opportunities through Internet search engines.

"Supporting customers through Internet-based solutions is an increasing priority for many of our clients," said Dean Fischer, President of West Monroe Partners, LLC. "Classic Residence by Hyatt recognizes the importance of the Internet as a channel for communicating with older adults and their families."

More than 13 million U.S. adults over the age of 50 have Internet access. The majority of them use the Internet to research issues of interest, according to a study by SeniorNet and Charles Schwab Inc.

"We chose West Monroe Partners to help us ensure that our Internet resources and capabilities make it easy and enjoyable for all of our audiences to explore the senior living options our company offers," said Chet Phillips, Vice President of Information Technology at Classic Residence by Hyatt. "Our new Web site is a tremendous asset, and we look forward to our continued relationship with West Monroe Partners."
