West Monroe Partners opens Dallas office
DALLAS — September 6, 2007 — West Monroe Partners, a leading business and technology consultancy, announced today its expansion into the dynamic Texas market with the establishment of an office in Dallas, the company’s seventh in North America. Jeff Margolies has joined the West Monroe Partners management team and will lead the office. He will be joined in Dallas by Yves Leclerc and Fred Gattelaro, two senior West Monroe Partners consulting executives. “We are excited about the opening of our Dallas office and our expansion into Texas,” said Dean Fischer, president of West Monroe Partners. “The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is a vibrant economy with a unique blend of industries and balance between large corporations and middle-market companies. That fits perfectly with our business strategy and approach to serving clients. We’re also pleased to have a leader with Jeff Margolies’ experience to build our Dallas team and serve our clients in this market.” Margolies, a former senior consulting executive with PricewaterhouseCoopers and IBM, joined West Monroe Partners from ePartners, Inc., an Irving, Texas-based Microsoft business partner and solution provider, where he was an executive vice president. He has more than 30 years of experience in consulting and industry, 23 of those in Dallas. His clients have included FORTUNE® 500 and middle-market companies in technology and telecommunications; travel and transportation; retail and wholesale distribution and logistics; consumer products; and healthcare and the life sciences. “I’m looking forward to working with Yves Leclerc and Fred Gattelaro to bring our capabilities and experience to our clients in Dallas-Fort Worth,” said Margolies. “What attracted me to West Monroe Partners was the extraordinary commitment the firm makes to its staff and clients, and the focus it places on the quality of its relationships with both groups. This commitment has been formally acknowledged by industry observers, so it’s not just talk. This commitment translates into more effective consultants, higher quality consulting assignments and professional relationships, and better business and project results for our clients.” The Dallas office will focus on delivering business and information technology consulting services and solutions to companies in technology and telecommunications; travel, transportation and logistics; and retail and wholesale distribution. West Monroe Partners also offers due diligence and related business and technology consulting services to firms in private equity, real estate, and other financial or strategic acquirers of corporate assets. Dallas becomes the seventh North American office for the fast-growing West Monroe Partners. With more than 200 consulting professionals, the firm has been named one of Consulting Magazine’s “Small Jewels.” |
