West Monroe Partners is proud to support the Springboard Foundation.

The Springboard Foundation was created to improve the quality of life in Chicago's economically challenged neighborhoods through the support of small not-for-profit organizations throughout Chicago. It focuses on grass-roots organizations that may otherwise have difficulty obtaining financial assistance. Since its inception in 1998, it has supported numerous programs dedicated to promoting constructive educational and out-of-school activities for children.

West Monroe Partners supports member involvement in the Springboard Foundation. Several of our people also are active in the organizations that Springboard supports.
