i.c. stars, based in Chicago, provides IT boot camps, career programs, and services that strengthen the leadership potential of inner city young adults. i.c.stars provides social and economic value to participants, communities and industries. Its vision is to develop 1,000 community leaders in 10 years.

West Monroe Partners has been a proud sponsor of i.c. stars for two years. In addition to providing financial support at the i.c. stars Bronze level, we volunteer and participate in mentorship initiatives and internal i.c. stars events - such as Women Warriors breakfasts that build connections between i.c. stars students and recent graduates and women in the IT workforce.
