John Stiffler Joins West Monroe Partners as Enterprise Solutions Practice Director
Chicago, IL – May 7, 2008 – West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy, today announced that John Stiffler has joined the company as a director in the Enterprise solutions practice. Stiffler, a 22-plus year professional services industry veteran, will focus on technology solutions for companies engaged in mergers or acquisitions, as well as business process management, CIO services and business intelligence solutions. Over the course of his career, Stiffler has worked with clients across a diverse array of industries, including government, healthcare, manufacturing, retail, utilities, financial services and professional services. He will apply his background to help build upon West Monroe Partners’ strength in transaction IT due diligence and advisory services. West Monroe Partners has performed more than 250 due diligence projects for leading private equity firms and corporate buyers over the past six years, as well as many follow-on IT and business-process improvement projects for the companies involved in these transactions. Accordingly, John will be focused on M&A projects as well as driving business process and technology solutions, including Business Intelligence. “John Stiffler has rich experience in developing and delivering technology as well as strategy-oriented solutions that provides a strong fit with our culture and strengths,” said Kevin McCarty, managing director of West Monroe’s Chicago office. “His expertise, leadership and client service experience immediately enhances our team –benefitting both our people and our clients. We are excited to have him on board.” Stiffler joins West Monroe Partners from Grant Thornton LLP, where he served as director of IT Strategy, Governance and Development.
