Nash, who is based in Chicago, has more than 18 years of experience in management and technology consulting and industry executive positions, with experience that spans the banking, healthcare payer, investment management, insurance, telecommunications, consumer and technology, and travel services sectors.
West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced that Dave Nash has joined the firm as a director in its Customer Experience practice.

Nash joins West Monroe Partners from CSC Global Business Services-Americas, where he was a principal and practice lead for Customer Analytics in both the Strategic Services and Analytic Insights & Information Management (AIIM) practices. During his tenure at CSC, he crafted and implemented customer strategy, experience, and intelligence strategies that incorporated customer insights, data, technology, process, and organizational change to drive customer loyalty, maximize customer value, and improve overall financial results.
Previously, Nash was a director of marketing strategy with CIGNA, where he led the client value management initiative. Earlier in his career he was also a consultant with Peppers & Rogers Group, a 1-to-1 marketing strategy firm; a manager with Ernst & Young’s Customer Connections practice; and an internal marketing consultant with Citibank. He began his career as a corporate banking officer and financial analyst with Key Bank’s Healthcare Finance group.
Nash has authored numerous whitepapers and published articles on customer experience, customer analytics, marketing, and economics, including “Applying Ecology to Maximize Customer Value” and “Behavioral Economics and Marketing: Structuring Choices and Accounting for Biases in Customer Behavior” (Journal of Integrated Marketing Communications, 2005 and 2011, respectively). He earned an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a Master of Science degree in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, summa cum laude, from Case Western Reserve University.
