We do this in many ways. By donating money and goods to charity. By contributing time and energy to charitable and community events. By sponsoring organizations committed to improving the prospects of those in our communities. And by serving on the boards of an array of organizations.

Our charitable programs
West Monroe Partners maintains an active charity program at both the firm-wide and local levels.

Our Charity/Community Involvement committee, consisting of representatives from all of our offices, determines affiliations and charitable donations at the firm-wide level.

In addition, each West Monroe Partners office maintains a community service committee that determines and organizes local donations and service-driven projects. These committees also organize various fundraising drives -- collecting both money and items for donations from within the West Monroe Partners family and across our network of contacts.
