Our biggest strength:

Our strengths include our ability to adapt to clients' needs; our hands-on approach; and our great people, analytical, and communication skills.

The one thing that contributes most to our success:

Every member of our team brings different skills to the table. It is the combination of these skills and strong teamwork that makes us successful.

What we learned from working together:

We have learned to leverage the experience and skill sets of every team member.

Our experience will change the way we approach our next assignment:

Every time we work in teams to address a different client challenge, we learn more about each others' work habits. In addition, we've learned that communicating to the entire team before acting leads to more consistency in our work, and it enables our team to move forward more efficiently.

Our biggest challenge:

Our biggest challenge has always been making sure that we have the data necessary to design and develop solutions.

The most fun we have:

It has been fun, and rewarding, traveling and getting to know the members of our team at a personal level, and meeting new client personnel.

The most rewarding part of working with this team is:

It is always rewarding to know that we meet our deadlines, and to communicate the expected results to our clients and know that they are satisfied with our work.

If we had to do one thing differently:

As our company gets bigger and our people have a chance to move out of their areas of expertise and venture into new areas of business, it is vital to have everyone cross-trained properly and to ensure that everyone has a very clear view of project goals.

The best team quotes:

"Drop the Hammer"
(Doing whatever it takes to deliver a great end product, getting the job done now!)
