Christian Aaselund
Christian Aaselund is a member of the management team of West Monroe Partners, where he is responsible for practice development and delivery of Customer Solutions for the firm’s Seattle office. An accomplished practice and client service delivery leader, he is recognized for expertise in the areas of customer relationship management (CRM) and business process improvement. HighlightsChristian brings more than a dozen years of technology and consulting experience to his operational responsibilities, which include marketing and business development. He also defines and develops CRM, business process improvement and financial services offerings and manages solution delivery for a variety of clients in the Pacific Northwest. Christian joined West Monroe Partners from Acetta, a Seattle-based business and technology consultancy he co-founded in 2000. During its seven years of operation, Christian drove definition of the firm’s strategy and the evolution of its service offerings as it grew to a staff of 25 consultants, ultimately serving more than 100 clients across a broad range of industries in both the United States and Canada. Under Christian’s leadership, Acetta earned a reputation for helping its clients improve visibility and clarity in their operations. Christian’s tactical implementation experience includes more than ten years of consulting in the areas of CRM and business process improvement. He has managed the successful deployment of CRM technologies from a number of providers, including salesforce.com, Microsoft, and Onyx Software. His experience with CRM and front-office operations led to the development of a unique method for improving the performance of customer-facing business processes, which was eventually branded and marketed as “Turning Point.” The Turning Point method became the basis for Acetta’s core service offering and helped differentiate the firm from its technology-centric competitors. Prior to founding Acetta, Christian was a senior technical consultant at Onyx Software, where he developed extensions for Onyx customer management software and implemented CRM solutions for customers in the health care, financial services and technology sectors. He began his career as a systems engineer with Bank of America. Christian earned a degree in business administration with concentration in information systems from the University of Washington. |
