Scott Fuzer Joins West Monroe Partners in Chicago

Chicago, IL – November 23, 2009 – West Monroe Partners, a full-service business and technology consultancy, today announced that Scott Fuzer has joined the firm as a senior manager in its Chicago office. Fuzer, an accomplished IT program and practice leader, specializes in IT Asset and Service management and will be responsible for leading the IT Asset Management practice within West Monroe Partners’ IT Effectiveness practice. He has more than 16 years of experience in both consulting and corporate IT roles.

Fuzer has extensive experience in IT operations, IT Asset and Service Management, program management, systems analysis, systems design and implementation, process design, and organizational and cultural change. He has led global projects to implement IT strategic services and IT Service Management initiatives for companies across a range of industries, including automotive, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare, and financial services organizations.

Fuzer joins West Monroe Partners IT management consulting firm from Five9 Technologies, where he was a vice president and leader of the IT Asset Management practice, as well as a member of the executive leadership team. Previously, he was the enterprise operations manager for VW Credit, Inc., and a system administrator and IT asset manager for SPS Payment Systems.

Fuzer earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee. He is a member of Helpdesk Institute (HDI), IT Service Management Forum (ITSMF), International Association of IT Asset Managers (IAITAM), and International Business Software Managers Association (IBSMA). He also is a Certified ITIL Manager.
