Frank Ribaudo Joins West Monroe as Practice Leader for Manufacturing and Distribution
Chicago – October 6 - West Monroe Partners, a North American business and technology consulting firm, today announced that Frank Ribaudo has joined the firm as a director and leader of the Manufacturing & Distribution practice. Ribaudo, who has more than 25 years of industry and consulting experience, is based in Chicago.
Ribaudo has worked with manufacturing and distribution enterprises across a range of sectors, including healthcare products, food, automotive, consumer packaged goods, and industrial products. He adds depth and leadership in the areas of IT strategy, governance, and functional design; manufacturing operations including lean layout and design; supply chain assessment, technology, and planning; sales and operations planning; and business process re-engineering.
Ribaudo joins West Monroe Partners from Baxter Healthcare, where he was director of quality IT programs, responsible for selection, design, and deployment of a standardized, integrated set of IT tools for quality systems and quality operations.

Prior to joining Baxter Healthcare, Ribaudo was a founding partner of Achieve Consulting, LLC, a provider of supply chain and information technology services to clients in manufacturing and distribution sectors. He also has held leadership roles with several other consultancies, including Director for PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Consumer and Industrial Products practice in Chicago; Partner in Arthur Andersen’s Business Consulting practice and leader of its Michigan Supply Chain Solutions practice; and Manager in Ernst & Young’s Performance Improvement group. His industry and operational leadership experience includes roles with Chiquita Brands International, AlliedSignal Inc., and TLC Beatrice International Inc.
Ribaudo earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from New York University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago. He is a Certified Public Accountant and also is certified in production and inventory management.
