Tim Wrzesinski is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Advanced Analytics practice. Harnessing nearly 15 years of diverse business and consulting experience, he leads clients to maximize data value through a strategic and technical lens.

Tim Wrzesinski is an established data analysis and predictive analytics expert with over a decade of experience building and utilizing various analytical tools to create profitable business outcomes. He combines deep expertise in data analysis and strategy with a strong technical background to ensure that technology initiatives support enterprise business strategy. His experience includes creating data strategy and roadmaps, developing and implementing custom software solutions, managing large data migration programs, redesigning business processes, and developing reporting and data visualization capabilities.

Tim is a seasoned project manager and team leader, adept at maximizing team productivity by leveraging strengths and integrating diverse views. As a result, he has established an outstanding track record for delivering complex technology initiatives successfully—from leading the program management office for large data migrations to working with data scientists and software developers to analyze and visualize data in descriptive and predictive ways. He also partners with Customer Experience experts to blend qualitative and quantitative research to deliver action-ready customer insight.

Over the course of his career, Tim has worked with clients in the private equity, manufacturing, healthcare, and petroleum industries.

Tim also has spent a portion of his career in the capital markets industry, running high frequency and macro-discretionary trading desks. During this time, he founded a trading company based in Chicago, where he built an automated systematic trading business and developed a proprietary predictive analytics engine to identify edges through a robust statistical framework.

Tim earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Computer Science from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
