Peter Todd works with clients to manage consumer-centric solutions from development to implementation. He has extensive experience in rapid development and deployment of solutions for both the payer and pharmacy benefit management (PBM) markets.
Peter’s track record for successful program leadership includes program management office (PMO) and quality assurance program development for various clients, program application development, product development, payer IT strategy, and enterprise testing. He has extensive experience with development of web-based solutions to drive member/constituent adoption and engagement, from educating sales and customer personnel to engaging consumers through a new PBM portal. He also has strong familiarity with ACA exchange strategy and ICD-10 and FIDA test planning and execution.
Peter joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, a healthcare business and technology consultancy for which he was an executive director.
Previously, Peter was an advisory for e-Business strategy for CVS Caremark and a director with The TriZetto Group, responsible for delivering proprietary solutions for the healthcare industry. He also was vice president of sales and marketing for SGI.
Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Advertising from Texas Tech University.
