Tim Salazar


Tim Salazar is a senior architect in West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience practice, based in Seattle and focused on development. He has more than a decade of consulting and technology experience applying customer relationship management (CRM) expertise to help organizations enable their business goals.

Tim Salazar is a highly experienced consultant and technician with an accomplished track record that includes numerous enterprise implementations spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and platform solutions. He combines strong business acumen with deep technology and best practices insight to help clients across a range of industries tailor powerful capabilities that address a variety of business challenges.

Tim joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 from Hewlett Packard Enterprise Solutions, where he was a solution architect responsible for practice development and solution delivery. In addition to leading implementation delivery, he established and directed offshore (India) and near-shore (Costa Rica) factory model development capabilities and mentored and provided certification oversight for the practice. Previously, he led delivery as a solution architect for Fujitsu America.

Earlier in his career, Tim was a solution architect with Sequoia Solutions in Albuquerque, New Mexico, responsible for developing custom solutions for an array of clients in the financial services, healthcare, education, and other sectors. In a previous role as application consultant for Sequoia Solutions, he provided design, development, and implementation consulting services for numerous enterprise-wide and department-level solutions for hospitality, financial services, telecommunications, education, and other organizations.

Tim earned Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University. He is a Certified Developer, Certified Sales Cloud Consultant, Certified Service Cloud Consultant and Certified Administrator.
