Justin Stefano is a director in West Monroe Partners’ Performance Services practice, where he specializes in delivering IT asset and service management and IT strategies that drive business goals. He has 20 years of experience as a technology consultant and business leader.


Justin Stefano applies extensive business consulting and deep technology experience to help clients align IT infrastructure with business goals, increase IT service quality, and ultimately improving the bottom line. He is an accomplished IT professional with a strong track record for delivering complex, technology-enabled business solutions, developing and managing teams, and fostering strong client relationships.

Justin has extensive experience in IT operations, IT asset and service management strategy, IT governance and compliance strategy, global support structures, program management, systems analysis, systems design and implementation, process design, and organizational and cultural change. He also has experience with a wide range of IT service management support tools.

Prior to joining West Monroe Partners in 2009, Justin was a vice president, ITIL practice leader, and co-owner of Five9 Technologies, LLC, a Chicago-based consulting firm specializing in IT process improvement. He managed the firm’s consulting solutions and service division with responsibilities for organization structure design, associate development, internal and project staffing levels, and budgeting and management. He also sold and managed delivery of IT service management programs for clients in the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing, professional services, and other industries.

Previously, he was a senior consultant for BearingPoint and Arthur Andersen, where he managed projects involving IT infrastructure and outsourcing, global desktop security, multinational technology system implementation, messaging and collaboration, and IT services.

Justin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Michigan. He is co-founder of the Five9 Foundation Charity.
