Neha Sedha is a senior manager with West Monroe Partners and a member of the Healthcare practice. She has more than 10 years of experience in all aspects of system development, as well as strategy and technology consulting experience for leading management consulting firms.

Neha Sedha works with leading healthcare organizations to design and implement large-scale, business-critical applications such as customer portals and electronic medical records (EMR) systems. She combines deep technology expertise with well-honed skills in agile and waterfall project management, resource management, process design and improvement, and Lean Six Sigma principles to deliver complex, transformational solutions that improve productivity, engage members, reduce cost, and achieve other business objectives.

Neha recently led the design, development, and implementation of an Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliant online customer portal in multiple states, allowing residents to pre-screen applications for health coverage and other state benefits, renew their current benefits, report changes to their existing case, and manage their benefits using their online accounts.

Neha joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, a healthcare business and technology consultancy for which she was a manager.

Prior to joining Invoyent, Neha was a manager with Deloitte Consulting, LLP, focused on delivering technology-enabled business solutions for clients in the life sciences, healthcare, and public sectors. Previously, she was a business analyst consultant with National City, responsible for implementation activities related to a third-party solution for tracking shared services call data. She also was a business analyst lead for Sterling Commerce and began her career as a business analyst with JP Morgan Chase.

Neha earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with a concentration in Management Information Systems from The Ohio State University’s Fisher School of Business.
