Matt Shemluck is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience practice. He has more than 15 years of experience leading the successful delivery of large-scale, customer-facing technology solutions across multiple industries, and with a focus on the healthcare and technology sectors.

Matt brings significant value to his clients through a distinctive blend of technology expertise and well-honed business consulting skills that include effective team leadership, risk mitigation, business process definition, and continuous and open communication. 

Matt leads West Monroe’s San Francisco Salesforce team and has responsibility for West Monroe's Field Service Lightning practice. Over the course of his career, Matt has applied advanced technology solutions to address strategic business objectives across an array of industries and business functions. Matt has numerous Salesforce certifications with expertise across all facets of the Salesforce platform. He has led successful Salesforce projects in the healthcare, life sciences, manufacturing, technology, media and energy sectors – improving clients’ capabilities in sales, service, marketing and partner channel processes. Beyond Salesforce, his technical experience includes Internet of Things (IoT), content management, and procurement systems.

Matt joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 in the firm’s acquisition of Etherios. He led Etherios’ expansion into San Francisco, in addition to managing the Healthcare practice and directing key industry and IoT engagements.

Prior to West Monroe, Matt held various leadership positions in marketing and sales at healthcare companies such as Abbott Labs and Johnson & Johnson. He began his career in consulting with Inforte, Aprimo and Computer Sciences Corporation.

Matt earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan.
