Justin Maynard brought extensive technology operations experience when he joined West Monroe to lead and grow the Service Desk and Network Operations Teams. Justin helped to mature the operations, expand the team and build out a 24x7 operations center. Justin then moved into leadership within the Account Management team within West Monroe Partners’ Performance Services practice.
Over the course of his career, Justin has worked with clients of all sizes ranging from 5 to 20,000 end users and in a wide range of industries, including, financial services, professional services, manufacturing & distribution, telecommunications and non-profit. Justin's experience spans technology infrastructure, service desk and network operations, salesforce development, program management, and client relationship management.
Justin earned a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Wheaton College. He also earned a Master of Business Administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management. Justin has also earned several industry certifications including ITILv3, Microsoft MCSE and Project Management Professional.
