Chuck Malone

Chuck Malone is a director in West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience practice. He specializes in delivering cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions built on the platform. Chuck has more than 15 years of experience, including senior-level positions at companies spanning the Fortune 500, consulting, and start-up environments.


Chuck Malone is a recognized expert with the management, functional, and technical experience necessary to deliver effective customer management solutions. He brings significant value to his clients by developing customer management strategy, identifying current-state operating gaps, and recommending improvements through process redefinition and technology solutions.

Chuck is deeply versed in all aspects of the project lifecycle, from inception to production. His proven leadership skills enable him to work effectively with senior executives and cross functional teams in the areas of sales, marketing, finance, information technology, and human resources to deliver solutions with positive business impact.

Chuck’s expertise encompasses sales effectiveness and revenue growth plans; marketing strategy, including market sizing and customer segmentation; customer service; and Internet of Things (IoT) solutions. He has worked with numerous organizations in the financial services, insurance, risk management, and professional services sectors. He is a recognized leader and public speaker on customer experience and service solutions and strategies.

Chuck joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 through the acquisition of Etherios, a division of Digi International (DGII), a publicly traded company with more than 600 employees in locations across North America, Europe and Asia. As vice president of Etherios, his responsibilities spanned marketing, go-to-market solutions, and client management.

His prior experience includes leadership roles with consulting firms and Fortune 500 retail, financial services, and telecommunication companies.

Chuck earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
