Grace Kwak is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Life Sciences practice. She has more than 20 years of business and technology experience in the pharmacy sector as both a consultant and a corporate executive.

Her diverse expertise includes strategic technology planning, product development, enterprise solutions, system architecture and design, pharmacy operations, employee engagement, and complex program management. She applies these skills to lead seamless implementations, deliver next-generation business and technical solutions, and drive results that improve revenue, customer experience, and workforce productivity.
With diverse healthcare industry experience, Grace excels in understanding the big picture. She works with clients to provide analytics insight; lead small- and large-scale initiatives; and design/re-engineer processes, workflows, and technology solutions.
Grace also provides subject matter expertise to support transaction diligence that involves an array of pharmacy-related technology and processes, including pharmacy management software, electronic prescribing (eRx), pharmacy benefit management (PBM) systems, prior authorizations, and pharmacy claims.
Grace joined West Monroe Partners in 2014 from Walgreen Co., where she led a business innovation team charged with developing technology-enabled future-state pharmacy experiences for customers, patients, providers, and employees. During her 20 years with Walgreen’s, she also held various roles, progressing from pharmacy technician to internal help-desk coordinator to corporate IT systems engineer lead specializing in Telephony systems.
Grace earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science with a minor in Business Administration from Saint Xavier University in Chicago. She holds ITIL v3 certification.
