His well-honed skills in training, coaching, and motivating diverse resources, including international team members, have been instrumental in creating pragmatic, fiscally responsible, and sustainable solutions.

Chris joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 from Curvature, a Santa Barbara, California-based provider of enterprise infrastructure solutions and services for which he was global vice president of strategic alliances. He established go-to-market relationships with several of the largest global technology organizations who in turn provided Curvature services as part of their portfolio of services.

Previously, Chris was a senior principal in the Retail and Digital Transformation practices of Infosys Consulting, for which he managed engagements for leaders in healthcare, retail, and other industries. He also created new offerings in the areas of web channels, next generation workplaces, and enterprise mobility strategies.

Chris began his career with Accenture, specializing in customer relationship management (CRM) and eCommerce strategy and platforms. Over the course of nearly eight years, he advanced to the level of senior manager, responsible for managing multiple clients and projects concurrently and addressing complex issues by applying his expertise in eCommerce, marketing, customer service, and customer data management.

Chris earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Florida State University.
