Martin Glenn is a Director in West Monroe Partners’ Mergers & Acquisitions practice, based in New York City. He has more than 20 years of professional experience in both consulting and private equity and an accomplished track record for leading strategy and execution of major operations and technology changes in individual companies and across portfolios of owned assets.

Martin Glenn is a trusted advisor to private equity firms and their portfolio companies, with extensive experience reducing portfolio company expenses and conducting IT/operational diligence exercises that have positive impact on deal economics. He has developed deep expertise in restructuring/reorganization of distressed businesses, revenue enhancement, OPEX reduction, CAPEX planning, information technology, and complex program and project management. Martin’s experience spans enterprises in the United States, Canada, and Europe, as well as many industries, including insurance, banking, real estate, hospitality, and healthcare.

Martin joined West Monroe Partners in 2017 from Infosys Limited, where he was a leader in their Management Consulting Private Equity practice—a practice he was recruited to develop and grow. He delivered diverse services across industries, including due diligence, outsourcing, shared services, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement. 

Prior to joining Infosys, Martin was a founding partner of Camber Advisors, a provider of strategic and tactical expertise to mid-market private equity firms. The firm, which he co-founded, provided operational/technology due diligence, strategy development, and implementation of business and technology solutions across a wide variety of verticals and business functions.

Previously, Martin was a Senior Vice President with Fortress Investment Group, responsible for leading operations and technology transformation projects across a multi-industry portfolio during a period of dramatic growth. He executed operational and IT due diligence for approximately 100 deals ranging in size from $25 million to $6 billion.  He also served as the firm’s global IT leader. In addition, Martin spent seven years with Deloitte Consulting in the Strategy and Operations group, primarily focused on the financial services industry.

Martin earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Clarkson University in Potsdam, New York.
