Casey Foss

Casey Foss is director of marketing for West Monroe Partners and a member of the firm’s executive team. She leads West Monroe’s Marketing team and strategy, as well as the firm’s key accounts program, and a multifaceted brand-building program that has produced a distinctive and highly respected marketplace reputation.

As director of marketing, Casey Foss oversees all external-facing marketing programs, including programs to build brand awareness, drive new business, and strengthen existing client relationships. She led creation and introduction of West Monroe Partners’ brand identity across the company’s offices, promoting the firm’s “uncommon blend” of business consulting experience and deep technology expertise and its capabilities for enabling forward-looking business strategies through technology. Today, West Monroe Partners enjoy an exemplary reputation in its key markets and has earned numerous accolades for the quality of its services and workplace. 

As a member of West Monroe’s executive team, Casey plays a key role in shaping firm strategy and aligning marketing programs, resources, and investments to support firm-wide strategic growth goals. She works with the firm’s office leaders to establish effective service- and location-specific marketing strategies, including managing the Home Town Pursuit program designed to build business through enhancing local market presence. She also works with solution and industry leaders to plan integrated marketing programs and content strategy, and oversees the execution of these programs to generate new business leads and achieve brand consistency across the firm. 

Casey leads the growing Marketing and Design teams, of more 15 people across the country who innovate and leverage multiple channels to strengthen brand presence and build a pipeline of recruiting and business leads. Under her direction, West Monroe has successfully paired the firm’s online channels with more traditional professional services marketing channels such as trade shows, hosted events, and business development campaigns. She introduced a robust media and analyst relations program that has substantially increased the firm’s third-party credibility, and led the launch of a Salesforce customer relationship management (CRM) system. She continues to oversee both programs key drivers of the firm’s sales and marketing efforts. 

Casey joined West Monroe Partners from Discover Card, where she was a member of the Customer Contact Strategy team and responsible for initiatives that allowed Discover Card to influence card member experience from the beginning of the relationship. Previously, she worked for the Chicago Tribune and Publicis Dialog, a Chicago-based public relations firm.

Casey earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mass Communication from Boston University and a Master of Science in Integrated Marketing Communication from Northwestern’s Medill School of Journalism. She is a member of the board of the Chicago American Marketing Association, focused on driving membership value and increasing member retention. She is also involved in and an active supporter of the Pancreatic Cancer Action Network and actively seeks opportunities to further research programs to inform pancreatic cancer treatments. .
