Jason Earley is a senior principal with West Monroe Partners and a member of the Healthcare practice. He has 20 years of healthcare IT experience, with a strong track record for managing and delivering complex projects, defining robust technical solutions, and consistently managing client expectations for large, industry-leading healthcare organizations.

Jason Earley works with managed healthcare, healthcare payer, and healthcare provider organizations to deliver critical technology-enabled business solutions that respond to healthcare reform and other industry changes. He applies a unique blend of business experience and technical knowledge that enables him to work across departments and functions to deliver solutions that have tangible business impact.  

An accomplished IT project manager, his primary area of expertise is planning, developing, delivering, integrating, and upgrading healthcare information systems, including core benefit systems, medical billing systems, medical claims systems, health plan enrollment systems, EDI and HIPAA gateways. He also has deep experience in process improvement, solution architecture, technology governance, data management, trading partner assessments and integration, and large-scale system testing.  

Jason’s 18 years of Facets experience includes designing and developing more than 150 Facets interfaces. He has advanced knowledge of Facets Batch processing, including the Authorizations Batch (UMIO). In addition, he has experience with a wide array of technologies, including .NET, HTML, XML, EDI, CSS, TCP/IP, Web Services, JavaScript, Microsoft SQL Server, and many others.  

Jason joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, a healthcare business and technology consultancy for which he was a director. He previously held several software engineering, database management, and systems analyst roles. 

Jason earned an Associate of Science degree in Information and Computer Science from Park University in Parkville, Missouri.
