Todd Clarke is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Banks & Credit Unions practice, based in New York City. He has more than 15 years of experience managing and leading operational efficiency initiatives, with particular strengths in driving cost savings by utilizing Lean Six Sigma practices.
Combining deep experience and a balance of technical knowledge and management skills, Todd Clarke has built an accomplished track record for leading multi-functional teams that help organizations navigate complex change, operate more efficiently, and achieve sustainable improvement.
Todd works with an array of banking and financial services clients to deliver tangible cost reduction and revenue enhancements that improve profitability and competitiveness. Over the course of his career, he has led numerous process improvement initiatives in areas such as call-center operations, cardholder complaints/dispute resolution, new card acquisition, facilities consolidation, and technology help desk support. Todd also has trained and developed others in Lean Six Sigma.
In addition to his substantial banking and credit card experience, Todd has worked with organizations in the utility and pharmaceutical industries.
Todd joined West Monroe Partners in 2014 from Barclaycard, for which he was an operational strategy and process improvement group lead. He led initiatives to improve core customer-facing operational processes and utilized Lean Six Sigma practices to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings across the organization. Previously, he was an investment advisor with Edward Jones and a financial analyst/medicinal chemist with Bristol-Myers Squibb.
Todd earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Alma College (Michigan) and a Master of Business Administration degree with Finance specialization from the University of Delaware.
