Jennie Chansomphou is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Healthcare practice. She is an accomplished healthcare consultant with more than a dozen years of industry and consulting experience and a strong track record for leading successful transformation initiatives.
Jennie Chansomphou possesses a unique blend of healthcare industry experience that spans revenue cycle management, compliance, accounting, finance, marketing, labor and productivity management, and operations. She applies this experience to help an array of healthcare organizations improve processes to strengthen operations and deliver positive net revenue benefits. For example, she has led complex initiatives related to revenue cycle transformations, including: patient access redesigns, scheduling center optimization, ICD-10 risk mitigation, denials management, and billing office redesigns. She has also served in an interim System Coding Director role.
Jennie joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 from McKinnis Consulting Services, where she was a manager responsible for delivering best-practice revenue cycle methodology and technology solutions for healthcare organizations across the country. Her work included net revenue improvement and business process transformation solutions in all areas of the revenue cycle.
Jennie’s previous roles includes senior consultant with Navigant Consulting and management accountant with Advocate Health Care.
Jennie earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Marketing from Loyola University Chicago, a Master of Science degree in Management with concentration in Health Care Administration from DePaul University, and a Master of Jurisprudence with concentration in Health Law, Strategy and Policy from Loyola University School of Law.
