Meredith Birkmeyer


Meredith Birkmeyer is a senior manager in West Monroe Partners’ Customer Experience practice, based in Seattle. She works with an array of clients to develop and deliver strategic, innovative and successful customer experience management (CEM) and marketing optimized solutions. Meredith has more than 20 years of experience that has produced positive impact for multiple Fortune 500 companies.

Meredith Birkmeyer is an impassioned, results-driven consultant with an accomplished track record of identifying and solving complex problems and introducing successful and strategic solutions that optimize customer engagement, functional business area, and profits for organizations across many industries, including technology, healthcare, insurance, non-profit, automotive, consumer products, and telecommunications.

Meredith blends strong business experience with current knowledge of the technologies, standards, methodologies, and tools that drive effortless customer experience, and she applies this knowledge to improve processes and optimize organizational capabilities. She is a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across a range of customer experience fundamentals, including marketing operations, business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales enablement, analytics, mobile and web solutions, enterprise content management, and digital and social channels. She also is an energetic leader with exceptional interpersonal skills and deep experience in organizational change management, people development, cross-departmental collaboration, and executive engagement—all keys to driving effective solutions.

Meredith joined West Monroe Partners in 2015 from Hitachi Consulting in Seattle, for which she was a senior manager and national leader for the Customer Experience practice. During more than a decade with the organization, she earned an exemplary reputation for designing and delivering highly relevant experiences for consumers and helping companies connect effectively with their customers across all channels.

Previously, her experiences included  senior project manager for ZAAZ (now POSSIBLE) in Seattle, for which she developed and launched unique web sites for Fortune 100 companies; senior program manager for Hawkeye/Cohesion Marketing in Kent, Washington; e-marketing manager for Infospace/Go2NET in Seattle; Product/ Program Manager at Microsoft; and Marketing Manager for a cellular start-up.

Meredith earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Washington.
