Larry Briski is a director with West Monroe Partners and a member of the Healthcare practice. He is a seasoned management and information technology consultant with more than 15 years of experience in delivering results-focused programs for health plans.
Larry Briski combines deep operational and IT experience in the health plan sector with strengths in communicating complex ideas and adapting to unfamiliar situations to help clients navigate change and deliver measurable results. Larry’s experience spans all facets of payer and health plan operations, including medical management and pharmacy platform delivery, behavioral health, claim administration, benefits, enrollment, finance, and front-end claim intake.
Over the course of his career, Larry has built a successful track record for complex project governance and management, large-scale technology integration and enterprise transformation, health plan IT strategy, and medical management and pharmacy platform delivery. He applies this experience to a wide variety of client situations; for example, claims platform consolidation and integration, behavioral health in-sourcing, medical home (PCMH)/accountable care organization (ACO) assessments and implementations, risk stratification strategy and capability definitions, IT program value realization assessments and playbook designs, and claims coordination of benefit (COB) assessments.
Larry joined West Monroe Partners in 2016 as part of the firm’s acquisition of Invoyent, LLC, a healthcare business and technology consultancy for which he was a partner focused on delivering IT solutions that enabled the unique business needs of health plans.
Previously, Larry was a healthcare IT consultant with Booz Allen Hamilton. He began his career in information technology and healthcare management consulting with Deloitte Consulting.
Larry earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Computer Information Systems and Finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
