Jeff Boswell is a senior manager in West Monroe's Customer Experience practice, based in Chicago. An accomplished business leader with broad-ranging technology experience, he has more than 20 years of professional experience leading complex enterprise software projects, including customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, that enable clients’ business goals.


Jeff Boswell is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience partnering with senior-level client executives to deliver business-enabled SAP software solutions that deliver profitability, cost savings, improved visibility to performance and other benefits. His experience spans industries as well as SAP modules, with expert skills extending to project management, CRM Suite (sales, marketing, customer service), and program delivery. Over the course of his career, he has earned a strong track record for on-schedule, on-budget delivery.

Jeff joined West Monroe Partners from Accenture, where he was a senior manager and certified solution architect and delivery lead. While with Accenture, he honed his strong blend of consulting and technology skills through architecture and delivery leadership roles for projects in the retail, food and beverage, and agricultural sectors.

Previously, he was a CRM manager for Medline Industries, where he led the CRM sales, marketing, and customer service team and managed projects across multiple business functions.  Jeff partnered closely with resources ranging from senior vice presidents to developers and analysts.

Jeff began his career with Andersen Consulting (now Accenture), where he delivered initial SAP Internet integration projects and also helped build out and establish the SAP CRM offering.

Jeff earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Computer Systems from Bradley University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Northern Illinois University.
