Our survey in partnership with Mergermarket explains how strategic and private equity acquirers are tackling the complexities of cybersecurity during M&A. We found that as cybersecurity risks continue to grow, more and more companies are placing a greater emphasis on cybersecurity during diligence. And yet, 40% are still finding problems post-close – in many cases, due to poor diligence.
