West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced the appointment of five new directors. In addition, the firm has promoted nine current directors to new roles.

While our new and promoted directors fulfill very different roles and responsibilities, each one exemplifies what we envision in that next generation of West Monroe leaders.”
West Monroe Partners appointed the following new directors:
Keith Campbell, Mergers & Acquisitions, Chicago, leads West Monroe’s “CORE” carve-out service offering, helping clients achieve business goals through efficient design and execution of technology and other aspects of carve-out transactions. In 2014, Consulting® magazine named him one of its 35 “Rising Stars of the Profession” in the Client Service category.
Kaumil Dalal, Technology, Chicago helps clients across industries apply evolving social, mobile, analytics, and cloud (SMAC) technology competencies and capabilities to advance their business goals. He leads West Monroe’s Platforms group within the Technology practice, which focuses on SharePoint and Salesforce competencies.
Casey Foss, Marketing, Chicago is a member of West Monroe’s Executive Team and leads the firm’s Marketing function, which includes team members in multiple offices. She guided the firm’s 2015 multi-faceted brand-building program, which established new visual imagery and market positioning based on West Monroe’s uncommon blend of business and technology expertise and capabilities for enabling business goals through technology.
Cindy Garrett, Customer Experience, Chicago has more than 25 years of customer experience insight and practical experience in contact center strategy, operations, and technology. She has translated that experience in to High Performance Contact Center offerings that help organizations establish cost-effective solutions while also enhancing customer satisfaction and experience.
Julie Meyer, Talent Acquisition, Chicago has led development of the Talent Acquisition function and guided growth of West Monroe’s workforce from 150 people in 2007 to more than 700 people today. She oversees a team of recruiters across the firm’s offices and continuously refines the firm’s capabilities and processes for finding and recruiting people whose skills, experience, and personal values fit West Monroe’s talent requirements.
