Date : October 26, 2015

West Monroe Partners, a full-service North American business and technology consultancy, today announced it has acquired Etherios, a consulting firm that specializes in delivering cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) solutions built on the Salesforce platform. Etherios, a Platinum Salesforce Consulting Partner and two-time winner of the Salesforce Innovator of the Year Award, was a division of Digi International, a publicly traded global company.

Etherios employees in Chicago, San Francisco, and Dallas joined West Monroe Partners’ existing CRM practice effective October 26, 2015, creating a team of more than 125 professionals across the United States focused on conceiving and delivering transformational CRM solutions. The combined team has broad industry experience and blends West Monroe’s CRM strength in financial services with Etherios’ extensive credentials in the manufacturing and distribution sector. West Monroe Partners becomes a Platinum Salesforce Consulting Partner.

“Customer relationship management solutions provide the data backbone for delivering a great customer experience that can drive business growth and success,” said Douglas Armstrong, managing director of West Monroe Partners’ Chicago office. “Etherios brings outstanding technical talent and industry experience that complements our own growing CRM practice and substantially expands the expertise and resources we can offer our clients.”

Etherios has implemented more than 700 solutions for leading organizations across a variety of industries but is heavily focused on Manufacturers and Distributors. Its professionals possess numerous certifications, reflecting their deep experience in operational strategy, technical design and architecture, system integration, implementation, program management, and change management.

“We are thrilled to be part of a consulting organization with an exemplary reputation for service and innovation, not just in our specialty area of customer relationship management, but a much broader array of business consulting and technology disciplines,” said Will Wu, president of Etherios. “That, combined with West Monroe’s unique people-oriented culture and strong growth performance, will offer exceptional professional growth opportunities and the chance for our team members to flourish.”

The acquisition of Etherios expands West Monroe Partners’ US network to 10 locations across the country with the addition of offices in San Francisco, California, and Dallas, Texas.
